CT Home Improvement Professionals is fully licensed and insured. In addition to these credentials, our clients often refer new customers to us due to our reliability, trustworthiness and ability to finish projects on time. We will provide you with an accurate quote/proposal as well as a timeline to complete the work.

Absolutely!  We will personally come onsite to hear first hand what your project goals are and to inspect any potential issues prior to starting the project. We have extensive knowledge of product options and give a lump sum estimate.

You are welcome to do, but it is not necessary. We have access to local hardware stores and big box home improvement centers. We will pick up, deliver and of course install all materials that are required to complete the project.

We rarely charge by the hour. For 98% of the work we do, we provide you with an estimate to complete the project/work. The advantage to NOT charging hourly is that we remove any risk of the project taking too long to complete and over charging our customers.

We accept checks, debit cards and credit cards as forms of payment.

Absolutely! When you call us to schedule an appointment, we can work around your busy schedule to meet after hours or on weekends to discuss your project goals. Also, we have clients that contact us after hours for plumbing, roofing and other emergencies.

Absolutely!  We want you to choose the colors and if you are unaware of the different manufacturer benefits, we will guide you through the options. We prefer to use high quality manufacturers and  we will educate you on the differences and the longevity of each.
